Bob Dylan Writer John Bauldie Investigated Without Just Cause By Corrupt Romford Police

Bob Dylan writer and co-founder of Q-magazine John Bauldie was tragically killed in the Matthew Harding helicopter crash.  The partner of John Bauldie was Penny Garner a biology lecturer at Havering College of Further and Higher Education. The college was the centre of a corruption scandal when it emerged via witnesses that a crime wave had been orchestrated at the college as part of a criminal attempt to force its closure by the local council working with their corrupt friends in the local Romford police.

Criminal events included the sale of firearms, serious car accidents, car crimes, gang fights, assaults, class disruption, and general anti-social conduct - all of which were witnessed and forms the basis of our campaign The Havering Witness.
