Havering Police Cover-Up Their "Favours" For Conservative Party

The Havering Witness has learnt that the Havering Borough Police Service (Metropolitan Police) were directly involved in a criminal attempt to close Havering College of Further Education in the 1970s / 80s. Responding to requests by the local Conservative Party in a private world of "favours" and "treats" the police arranged for young offenders to be placed at Havering College of Further Education in order to cause trouble, this was done with the intention of using the orchestrated "crime wave" as part of the case to close the college entirely - the aim of the Romford, Hornchurch and Upminster Conservative Parties.

Incidents at the college included the deliberate cause of fatal accidents by vehicle tampering, the sale of firearms and drugs, vehicle thefts and damage, assaults, theft and harrassment of both staff and students going about their lectures.

One incident produced a court case. Driver Steven Ridpath and co-driver Lewis Adams drove their car recklessly in and at the entrance / exit to the college car park resulting in a serious accident in which a pedestrian nearly lost her lower leg. It was discovered in court that Ridpath / Adams were young offenders placed at the college by the local police as described above. No prosecution of the Metropolitan Police has ever occured in relation to these events.
