Pharmacies and Surgeries Broken Into To Help Injured Terrorist ?

The Havering Witness has received a recollection that amongst the group of Irish terrorists caught with an arms store in the 1970s / 80s there was an accident with bomb-making materials - the help of doctors could not be sought so pharmacies and surgeries were burgled for drugs / treatments.  The surgery of Dr C.J. Bintcliffe and Dr D. Hawkins (Deric Hawkins) in North Street, Romford is alleged to be amongst several targetted for break-in.

All of the Irish suspect families are thought to have attended Corpus Christi Church in Lowshoe Lane, Collier Row for marriages and christenings and all their children attended St. Patricks Catholic Primary School immediately next door to the church. The injured terrorist was part of a particular group of Irish suspects living in Bartlow Gardens, Collier Row.

As part of the general effort to shield these events the wider Corpus Christi community started a campaign about mistreatment based on ginger hair "school bullying" and citing childhood accidents as being part of "stresses" or "being upset" about the way the Irish community "are treated". They even told these stories to Dr. D. Hawkins whose surgery was broken into.  In one family, said to be of surname STARK, their GP was subjected to prolonged hysteria about "ginger hair" bullying and its "extreme" psychological effect on the eldest son and then again later citing "pressures" when the younger son had an accident and contracted bacterial meningitis.

Some of these stories appeared to have been believed  - sometimes ironically called the "DIAZEPAM" effect - Diazepam being the drug used to stop "convulsions" caused by Bacterial Meningitis (the "convulsions" here meaning the theatrical use of these events for political gain by the Irish community and its apparent belief by Dr D. Hawkins).

Read about how this criminal community deliberately affected the staff and students at Havering College in the 1980s under guidance from local councillors
